Drive Sprocket for Forged Link
Drive sprocket engineered to match forged-link chain drives across heavy-duty conveying and elevation systems. Manufactured with hardened teeth and a robust welded or forged hub to handle the high-torque, high-impact duty of forged-link chains in cement, mining, steel and power plants. Available with split-rim options for on-site maintenance.
Sprocket for Special Purpose Chain
Bespoke sprocket manufactured to match non-standard and application-specific chain geometries. Design starts from the buyer's chain drawing or sample, with tooth profile, pitch and hub configuration engineered to suit. Ideal for retrofits, OEM replacements and legacy machinery where standard sprockets don't fit.
Segmental Tooth Sprocket Rim
Bolt-on segmental rim design for large-diameter drives. Teeth are supplied as bolted segments that fasten to a central hub, allowing worn segments to be replaced individually without removing the shaft or the full sprocket. Widely specified across cement kilns, port equipment and heavy bulk-handling drives.
Sprocket for Eight Strands Roller Chain
Multi-strand drive sprocket engineered for eight-strand roller chain drives — used where extremely high power transmission is required within a fixed chain length. Precision-cut tooth profiles across all eight tracks ensure even load distribution and long service life under continuous high-torque duty.
Double Cut Teeth Sprocket Rim
Double-cut teeth sprocket rim engineered for reversible drives — teeth are profiled on both flanks so the sprocket can transmit load in either direction of rotation. Used in reversible conveyors, shuttle systems and machinery where drive reversal is part of normal duty.
Split Segmental for Bucket Elevator
Split segmental sprocket engineered specifically for bucket elevator head and boot ends. Rim is split into bolted segments, allowing worn segments to be replaced on-site without pulling the shaft — critical for cement and grain plants where downtime is expensive. Available across the full range of bucket elevator chain pitches.

Drive / Driven Sprocket for Bucket Elevator
Head (drive) and boot (driven) sprockets manufactured as matched pairs for bucket elevator systems. Precision-machined tooth profiles ensure smooth chain engagement across the full elevator height, and hardened teeth deliver long service life against the abrasive duty of cement, grain and fertilizer handling.
Teeth Bucket Elevator Sprocket
Toothed bucket elevator sprocket with heat-treated teeth engineered for continuous vertical bulk-handling duty. Solid hub construction and hardened tooth profile provide long service life and consistent chain engagement in cement, grain and mineral processing elevators.
Split Type Sprocket
Split-hub sprocket engineered for on-site installation and replacement without shaft removal. Hub is manufactured in two halves that bolt together around the shaft — ideal for retrofit installations and applications where dismantling the drive train would cause unacceptable downtime.
Tail Sprocket
Tail-end sprocket for chain conveyor and bucket elevator systems. Designed for the return end of the chain path, with tension-take-up compatibility and idler function. Manufactured to match the drive-end sprocket geometry for consistent chain engagement across the full conveyor length.
Drive Sprocket — Split Rim for Forged Link
Split-rim variant of the standard forged-link drive sprocket. Rim is manufactured as bolted segments around a central hub, allowing worn tooth sections to be replaced without pulling the shaft. Same tooth geometry and material specification as the solid-rim version — chosen when service accessibility is a priority.
Drive Sprocket for Block Link
Drive sprocket matched to block-link chain geometries — used with the heavy-duty solid-block chain construction found in cement, sugar mill and heavy conveying applications. Tooth profile is engineered to the specific block-link pitch and dimensions for smooth engagement under high-load duty.
Drive Sprocket for Conveyor (Alternate Configuration)
Alternate configuration of the standard conveyor drive sprocket — distinct hub design and tooth-count range. Selected where a specific chain pitch, tooth count or hub profile is required that falls outside the standard range. Full custom design and material selection per plant OEM specification.
Segmental Tooth Rim Split to 5 Segments
Very large-diameter sprocket with the tooth rim split into five bolted segments around a central hub. Used on the largest kiln, mill and reclaimer drives where a solid or two-piece rim is impractical to manufacture, transport or install. Individual segments can be replaced as they wear.
Drive Sprocket for Roller Chain
Standard drive sprocket for ANSI, ISO and BS roller chain drives across general industrial power transmission. Available across the full standard pitch range with finished bore, keyway and set-screw configurations. Teeth are induction-hardened for long service life under continuous duty.
Industrial Sprocket
