Nisarg Engineering Works manufactures industrial chains, sprockets and complete sprocket-shaft assemblies for heavy industrial sectors across India.
Our catalog covers 52 chain types — from sugarcane carrier chains and bagasse elevators to forged-link drag chains for mining, fly-ash conveyor chains for coal feeder systems, paver chains for road construction equipment, and the full range of standard simplex, duplex and triplex roller chains for power transmission.
With over 30 years of manufacturing history, the works is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, with in-house heat treatment, forging and machining under one controlled shop floor.
Sprockets are produced from 43 mm to 6000 mm diameter, single strand through 10 strands, with teeth induction or flame hardened up to 57 RC and finished to IS, DIN, ISO, ANSI, JIS and BS standards.
For drive and driven ends, we supply turnkey assemblies — sprocket, shaft, plummer block, bearing block and pedestal in one unit — so site teams install instead of fit-up.
